which service center? You can ask your employer to ask USCIS as 140 is employer's application.

I am not too sure if USCIS would ask questions when I apply for h1B again in future through another company, about my not using my previous H1 aprooval for working in US.
I don't think USCIS will ask any questions if you are applying for a new H1 from a different company. You might have a problem if you are asking for a transfer as you have not uesd the current H1. Before coming to US, I had 3 H1Bs done by 3 different companies(in the span of 3 years). I used the last one and I had no problem. Actually I had the first H1 stamped and never used it. When I went for the 2nd stamping(before actually coming to US), they just cancelled the first one on my passport. Again, this was between 97 and 99, if things have changed now, I have no idea. I still did not get my GC either (10th year on H1B) so I don't know if that is going to be an issue in future.

For heaven's sake, those are just text, right? I dont think we can do an attachment..
There are more than 100,000 emails and more than 40,000 paper letters coming to Obama every day. I doubt, if all get acknowledged after somone reads them. Some sort of filtering process has to handle that task. With security I meant, checking on originating IP addresses against their watch-lists, certain words in the text, etc. As per reports, Obams is given some 10 letters (may be some emails) everyday to read.

Your H1-B does not matter. What matters is LC for your I-140. It sounds like you want to use AC21 portability. EAD allows to work for any employer(s), but you have to make sure your I-140/I-485 is intact.

Dustinthewind, the preview has good background score and the shots are appropriate. The narrative (labels) that show up are also quite captivating. All together it looks very good and promising, however, I would have liked to see some diaglogues also in between. Maybe a tiny bit longer would have been better. We definitely need to hear the voices of the actors to make it all the more compelling. If there are tragic scenes in the movie a glimpse of those would also be great. Anyway I am not requesting you to change anything but just suggesting a few ways such previews could be more effective. [/I]

Today me and my wife got our CPO emails. Mine was filed in Eb3 and my wife's was in Eb2. I got my approved though my wife.
I've been in US for 10 years... now i've two things to do

IF USCIS revokes 140 for fraud, you got 2 issues
1. Definitely your 485 is revoked.. no way you can port 140 thro' AC21 if it's revoked for fraud, BUT that is sooooo far fetched.. more likely USCIS may question ability to pay or something or other that can be answered
2. In case of fraud, you have to prove your own innocence, meaning that you didn't have any part in the alleged fraud. Which again is rare scenario.
If you don't trust the company.. leave while you are ahead!

Not true. They won't ask you anything. I would get my FP done. Then have your attorney write a letter to the USCIS explaining why you submitted two AOS applications, then asking them to keep any one "approvable" of the two AOS applications you submitted. This, I was told by an attorney during a private consultation call. Hope this helps. Best advice is, please consult an attorney:)

If you are 21, then you have aged out with reference to both your H-4 and I-485 petition. Unless you are protected by the child status protection act, which is unlikely if your parents visa number is not available.
Now the question is, what is you status in the United States, are you on an F-1?. If you are then you could perhaps come back on a fresh I-20 to rejoin your course. However, if you have been out of status for 6 months or more as per IRAIRA you will not be allowed back into the country for 10 years. You have to consider all these factors very carefully before you leave.

I think it is a mistake to assume that EB2 category can be determined by wage levels
Mine is Wage level -II but I have a masters from the US. It all depends on the job requirement.
Also, I know a person who is wage level-III but is EB3.
